My standard fee for a sixty minute session is $200. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale time slots for those with demonstrated financial hardship, so please contact me directly to inquire.
I do not accept insurance as direct payment for treatment, however if you have "out-of-network" benefits, they may cover a sizable portion of the cost of therapy.
Please check your coverage carefully and ask the following questions regarding your particular benefits:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy, 45-60 minute sessions [CPT Codes 90834 - 90837]
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
What is my co-insurance? (The percentage your insurance will cover after meeting your deductible)
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
Cash, check or electronic payment via Chase Quickpay, Venmo or Paypal are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy You will be charged for missed sessions or appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Note that Insurance companies cannot be charged for these misses.
